Apartment Leasing Consultant Job Duties:
Duties include leasing, answering phones, filing, resident relations, vendor relations and administrative projects but are not limited to this.
Requirements:
Prior Apartment Leasing Consultant Experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED/ Affordable Housing Experience
Friendly, energetic, great people skills, and excellent communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent phone and in person sales skills
Motivated and hard-working
Excellent communication skills
Above average computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Sales and Customer Service skills.
Professional presentation - friendly, energetic, great people skills.
