Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Account Manager to join our team and support clients utilizing our health insurance products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance industry, with experience in client relations and managing group health plans.

Key Qualifications:

Health and Life Insurance License is required
A four-year degree in business, sales, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically with onboarding agents, managing group accounts, and collaborating with vendors
Strong skills in using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Familiarity with onboarding tools such as e123 or similar enrollment programs
Experience with Gantt project management processes is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals in corporate and municipal environments
Core Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, offering personalized support and guidance as needed
Analyze key client data, including health, pharmacy, retention, and attraction trends, to drive program improvements
Develop and implement programs that meet client needs, ensuring smooth communication both internally and externally
Maintain and update training and educational programs for agents
Contribute to the sales process by presenting product applications, implementation steps, and follow-up programs to potential clients
Utilize agency and enrollment programs such as e123 to maintain client records and build tailored programs
Collaborate in developing processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
Create promotional materials to improve client and participant communication
Provide training to clients on company programs, processes, and troubleshooting support
Occasionally travel as needed for client meetings or events
